Hi All,

Hiring for Manager - Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities are :

Production of high quality financial accounts and reports for the subsidiary companies in EMEA
Ensure timely release of Monthly reports in line with the published timelines.
Ensure smooth coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors.
Ensure all financial policies are periodically reviewed and revised as necessary and in line with the companys business requirements.
Ensuring the company complies with all regulatory requirements regarding financial reports.
Establish a strong review process on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
Working with the other Finance and Business functions to ensure business results are correctly reflected in various Financial Reports.
Administer, develop and improve the accuracy of SAP / BCS / BI consolidation modules.
Automate processes and controls as far as possible with the help of latest IT solutions and in coordination with various Functions including IT teams.
Developing and implementing best practice processes and systems across the Group.
Technical accounting support to operating businesses
Supporting on a variety of ad hoc projects as required
Ensure all compliances are adhered to and reported in the compliance tool
